Ventec XS 400 AOV Push Button Switch

What it does

The XS 400 provides non-retractive manual control of AOV ventilators connected to an O Range panel. Unlike a retractive day switch, the XS 400 is a maintained-action push button — pressing it toggles the ventilator state and holds it in that position until pressed again or overridden by another panel input.

It is used where a latching open or close command is required: maintenance access, staged ventilation control or specific operational sequences defined by the building’s ventilation strategy.

Who it’s for

Used by facilities managers, maintenance engineers and commissioning teams who need a latching manual control point for AOV ventilators — for example during testing, maintenance or when a permanent open or close command is part of the building’s operational routine. The XS 400 complements the DS 400 day switch where different types of manual control are needed at different access points.

Integration & mounting

Wired to the manual control input on the O Range panel. Suits flush or surface mounting; the IP66 enclosure permits installation in damp or exposed locations. Each switch is mapped to a defined zone in O Range Connect.
