At AOV Direct, we routinely check our prices against our competitors to give our customers the best possible price online. If you find any of our products cheaper elsewhere, we will match the price — we won't be beaten on like-for-like AOV products.
How to Claim
Simply contact our sales team within 7 days of your purchase with evidence of the lower price (a link to the competitor's product page), and we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 28 days for delivery of your refund, which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card.

Price Promise Terms & Conditions
- The Price Promise applies to identical products — same manufacturer, same model, same specification — from a UK-based retailer or distributor with the item in stock and available for immediate purchase at the lower price.
- The Price Promise does not apply to auction sites (eBay, etc.), clearance or ex-demo stock, products offered by private sellers, or prices that include delivery charges that would make the total comparable to or higher than AOV Direct's price.
- The lower price must be verifiable at the time of the claim.
- AOV Direct reserves the right to verify the lower price before issuing a refund.
- The Price Promise applies to online orders placed through aov-direct.co.uk and does not apply to bespoke or made-to-order products.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed within 28 days.
