At AOV Direct, we like to give you the best deals around, which is why we offer a Price Promise on all our products and accessories.
We routinely check our prices against our competitors to give our customers the best possible price online. However, in the event you find an internet retailer offering the exact products at a lower price than AOV Direct, we will match the price for up to seven days from the purchase date.
The Process.
- Find a lower price on one of our competitor websites.
- Send us an email with the subject "price match" to sales@aov-direct.co.uk
- Please include the following in your email:
- Your AOV Direct invoice number (if applicable)
- Item(s) you are comparing and the cost of the cheaper product
- URL of the website page that has the item at a lower price and company name
- A screenshot of the cheaper offer (including the date visited)
- We'll review the details and reply by email within seven working days
Upon our acceptance of your refund request, please allow 28 days for delivery of your refund which will be credited as a second transaction on your credit or debit card. The time taken for the refund to appear on your credit or debit card statement varies so the amount may not show on your next statement.
Price Promise Terms & Conditions.
- Our product Price Promise applies only to products available from UK online retailers
- The item must be the exact same product (brand and model and warranty) being offered online at a lower delivered price
- The product must be brand new, not returned stock, reconditioned or second-hand
- The Internet retailer must be a fully operating business website in the United Kingdom.
- Price matching does not apply to carriage charges for non UK mainland deliveries
- Auction sites do not qualify for the Price Promise;
- Marketplace sites do not qualify for the Price Promise;
- Does not apply to Internet retailers offering special promotions such as free giveaways, coupon offers, quantity discounts, special orders and/or membership requirements for buyers and/or sellers.
- Classified ads of a sole entity selling a single item(s) such as a listing seller on aBay
- Closing down or bankrupt sales
- Special, bonus or free offers that are not at everyday prices
- Products which are sold under different terms and conditions, such as special financing, contract pricing or volume discount pricing
- Items that have been price matched are not eligible for additional discounts.
- Limited to one claim per customer in any 90 day time period.
- Limited to one of the same item number per customer, e.g. if a bulk purchase is made, only one product will be price matched.
- Our Price Promise applies to online orders only.
- AOV Direct must be able to confirm the lower price with reasonable efforts by its staff.
- AOV Direct reserves the final right to best determine eligibility for this Price Promise.
- Price Promise terms are those published on our website on the day that you make your purchase.
- AOV Direct reserves the right not to price match at below our cost price.
- AOV Direct reserves the right to withdraw /change the AOV Direct Price Promise without prior notice.
- AOV Direct reserves the right to refuse the AOV Direct Price Promise if the claim is considered be false.
- The AOV Price Promise is subject to withdrawal, replacement, limitation or alteration without prior notification.
